What materials do you use?

All our macrame pieces are made with eco-friendly cotton cord. We carefully source our materials to ensure they are sustainable, durable, and soft to the touch. Our cotton cord is natural, unbleached where possible, and free from harmful chemicals — good for your home and gentle on the planet.

Can I customize an order?

Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Whether you want a specific color, size, or design, we're happy to work with you to create something unique. How do I care for macrame products?

Taking care of your macrame pieces is easy! Here are some tips to keep them looking beautiful:

  • Gentle hand wash with mild soap and cool water if needed.
  • Air dry completely — never use a machine dryer. Lay flat or hang in a well-ventilated area.
  • Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading.
  • Gently reshape while damp if the piece loses its form.
Are all products truly handmade?

Yes, 100%! Every single piece in our collection is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. No machines, no mass production. This means each piece has its own unique character — slight variations are a mark of authenticity and the human touch that makes your piece one of a kind.

How long does shipping take?

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: Within 24 hours (available for major cities)

Please allow 1–2 additional business days for order processing as each piece is handmade and carefully packaged.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within India only. We are exploring international shipping options and hope to offer them in the future. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on any changes!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real-time. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hello@knottyvibes.in with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
