  • We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • All orders are carefully packaged by hand to ensure your macrame piece arrives in perfect condition.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Since each piece is handmade, please allow 1–2 additional business days for order processing before dispatch.

Returns Policy

What is the return window?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within this period.

What condition must the item be in?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Since our products are handmade, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at hello@knottyvibes.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the shipping cost or arrange a pickup.
